What we collect
When you call, email, fill out a form on this site, or submit a form through a Facebook or Instagram ad, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and details about the work you want done (for example clearing, grading or hauling, and your timeline).
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about your estimate, schedule a site visit, and follow up on the work. We do not use them for anything unrelated to your request.
Who sees it
Your details stay with Decker Operations LLC. We do not sell them. We may use ordinary business tools such as email, phone and a spreadsheet or CRM to keep track of requests, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) handles the form itself under its own terms when you use a lead form on those platforms.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as they are useful for the job and for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Website analytics and cookies
This site may use basic analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they view. That data is not used to identify you personally.
